Inside Sales Coach with Outside Sales Thinking You have a gift. When somebody is on the wrong path, you help them find their way. And they believe it was their idea in the first place. Coach. Teacher. Mentor. We're hiring a new Inside Sales Coach. But you need outside thinking. New stuff. Creative stuff. We don't sell products, we sell comfort. We solve problems. No prior HVAC experience required Your job will be to train our technicians and salespeople before, during, and after each call. Big job' Kinda. But we have a system in place. Can you follow the steps' Walk people to the gates' Get them across the finish line' I know you can. As our Inside Sales Coach, your responsibilities will include: * Performing "Virtual Ride-along" service and sales coaching and improving results in real time * Orientation of new Technicians to the company service, sales, and our Polar Bear culture * Perform "Intensive Care" on existing Techs who are struggling with results * Inspire our mid-performing Techs and guide them to improve * Observe our high-performing Techs and learn new techniques that work to share with others You're not holding hands and wiping noses. You're transferring confidence so our people can best serve our customers. We've invested in one of the premiere sales training systems in our industry. The steps are laid out and easy to follow.
