Position Overview As a Senior Sales and Marketing Agent , you will focus on generating new business through strategic marketing efforts, networking, and relationship- building. You will play a critical role in self-sourcing opportunities, creating referral partnerships, and executing a proven marketing strategy to expand our client base. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Business Development * Proactively source new clients through networking, referrals, and digital marketing strategies. * Execute the proven marketing playbook to effectively attract and engage potential customers. * Build partnerships with local businesses, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and community organizations to drive referrals. Marketing & Brand Growth * Utilize social media, events, and community engagement to enhance brand awareness. * Collaborate with the team to implement marketing initiatives that drive inbound leads. * Represent the agency at networking events, industry conferences, and community gatherings. Sales & Client Relationship Management * Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. * Guide prospects through the insurance selection process , ensuring they feel confident in their decisions. * Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in insurance sales and marketing , with a strong ability to generate self-sourced leads. Business-to-business sales experience is helpful. Willingness to obtain a 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License. Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
