Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in understanding their insurance needs and options. You will leverage your knowledge of insurance products to analyze client requirements, communicate effectively, and facilitate the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess strong retail sales experience and a passion for helping others secure their financial future. Responsibilities * Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Conduct thorough market analysis to identify competitive insurance products. * Provide guidance on benefits administration and compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. * Communicate complex insurance concepts in an understandable manner. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction. * Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred. * Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market trends. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. * Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele. * Proven customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with benefits administration and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
