Job Description

: Business Development Agent delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner. BDC Agents work directly with Sales Staff, and Managers with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming/ outbound calls
• Schedule appointments for Sales Team
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Skills
• Bi Lingual
• Phone etiquette skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
