Job Summary Established Space Coast retailer of tile, marble and stone products looking to expand its current team by adding a Sales Representative Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14-$16 /Hour + Commission + Bonus Responsibilities and Duties * Responsible for maintaining monthly sales goals and growth. * Assist customers and builders with selections, design, procurement and installation phases of a project * Offer exceptional level of customer service. * Have attention to detail and be consistently accurate. * Adjust quickly in a fast paced environment. * Consistently seek to expand your working knowledge of our products and services offered. * Stay motivated and possess great communication skills to handle sales from selection to installation phases. * Work with Sales and Installation Staff to effectively handle a builder project * Compensation: Salary + Commission * Business hours are 8:00-5:00 Weekdays (1 weekday off) and Every Saturday 9:00-3:00 * Benefits include PTO, Health Insurance, Employee Discount Qualifications and Skills * Experience with construction business a plus. * Experience with blueprints or drafting a plus. * Experience in sales a plus * Experience in design a plus * Experience in marketing a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Every weekend * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
