As we continue to expand, we're seeking a top-performing Personal Lines Account Manager to help deliver customized insurance solutions and outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates * Provide timely, accurate, and complete insurance quotes and policy recommendations * Identify opportunities to round out accounts with additional personal lines or life insurance coverage * Conduct regular account reviews to address client needs and improve satisfaction * Follow up on client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure top-tier service * Uphold high standards of ethical conduct and professionalism at all times Qualifications: * Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills * Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow * Empathetic and persuasive, with a client-first mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Greenville, RI 02828 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Greenville, RI 02828: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
