Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with proven experience in business development and providing excellent service. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. * Manage the lead funnel and go through the sales consultations with patients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Utilize the high level CRM system, track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals. * Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or related field, with a strong understanding of business development processes. * Demonstrated ability to manage a sales team effectively, fostering a culture of success and accountability. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance. * Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals successfully. * Excellent analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide the with best solutions. * Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and ownership. * SERVICES: The Sales Manager agrees to work at least 30-40 hours a week to promote, market and sell the Company's products/services to potential customers. This includes ensuring that they are well prepared to handle scheduled patient consultation in a timely manner during their scheduled shifts supporting our Moorestown NJ clinic located at 704 E. Main St. Moorestown NJ 08057. Time may also include sales and marketing activity outside of the clinic as well. Current consultation support hours would be Monday - Friday, 10-6 PM, but could change as business need arises. As compensation for performing the above services, the Sales Manager will receive a base salary plus commission for each patient which is consulted by the sales consultant and procedure completed at the Moorestown, NJ Clinic. Any discounts provided or financing fees that the Company has to pay before receiving any money may result in a lower amount of money the Company receives. Note that any refunds that are processed for Sales previously done by the Sales Manager would also negatively impact the Sales Manager's commission.
