Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast- paced environment. This role involves supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities * Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. * Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately. * Liase with sales reps and customers creating a seamless experience for the ordering process. * Manage and track inhouse sales, quotes, and other sales related tasks. * Assist in bookkeeping tasks using accounting software, including invoicing and tracking expenses. * Type correspondence, reports, and other documents accurately and efficiently. * Support the team with proofreading sales order related documents to ensure clarity and correctness. * Collaborate with team members for streamlined processes * Other tasks as requested. Requirements * Proven experience in an office setting or similar role is preferred. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently. * Proficiency using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite. * Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Competency in typing with attention to detail for accurate documentation. * Familiarity with general clerical duties and computerized office systems. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
