The position Unless you have substantial experience in the solar industry you start as an appointment setter, this is not an entry-level position. We have setters taking home $5,000+ per week. Your role is to talk to homeowners about the basics of how solar can help them reduce their electricity costs, and then schedule an appointment with one of our veteran consultants. After you have enough experience, you will have the opportunity to be promoted into a consultant position yourself. We are also looking for future leaders as we grow. Daily schedule. Meeting in the morning to discuss goals, sales role-play, training, and go over agenda items. Then prospect from the early afternoon until sunset.
