Blue Line Moving & Storage, a veteran-owned and rapidly growing moving company based in Jupiter, FL, is seeking experienced Inside Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our high-performance team. Key Responsibilities: * Connect with customers who have requested moving estimates. * Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate clients about our services. * Travel to customer homes (from Port Saint Lucie to Boca Raton) to provide accurate in-home estimates. * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions. * Provide clear and accurate pricing, quotes, and service timelines. * Convert leads into booked moves through consistent follow-up and customer care. * Maintain professional and timely communication at all stages of the sales process. * Manage daily tasks and follow company policies with attention to detail. * Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Required Skills & Experience: * Minimum 2 years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Strong grammar, organizational, and multitasking abilities. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial. * Comfortable working in a dynamic, open team environment. * Previous call center or phone sales experience preferred. * Ability to travel locally for in-home estimate appointments.
