What Youll Be Doing: - Make outbound calls to seller leads using our CRM (Podio) - Set, run, and close over the phone appointments appointments across the Northeast - Understand seller motivation and negotiate win-win purchase agreements - Follow a proven sales process full training and ongoing support provided - Work with a high-energy, committed team focused on growth, results, and integrity What You Bring: - Proven experience in sales or customer service (door-to-door, inside sales, B2C, B2B, retail, front desk, etc.) - A relentless drive and competitive spirit youre hungry to win - Strong emotional intelligence, you know how to listen, lead, and close - A coachable mindset and commitment to personal development - Graceful pressure you help people make big decisions with confidence - A natural closer with excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills Why This Role is a Game-Changer: - $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (after 90 days) - Health & Dental Insurance (after 90 days) - Monthly Bonus Opportunities - $77,000 Monthly Marketing Budget split between only 3 closers - Lead sources include: - TV Commercials (multi-state) - Direct Mail - SEO - Pay-Per-Click - Radio - Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) - Streaming Services Your pipeline will be FULL.
