Role Description We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and support throughout the promotional product ordering process. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer product recommendations, and ensure seamless order fulfillment, ensuring that J.Charles consistently delivers on its commitment to delivering legendary customer service. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone calls and email in a professional, timely and friendly manner. * Assist clients with product selection, customization options, and pricing based on their branding needs. * Contribute to increasing the company's profit by effectively communicating product knowledge and solutions to secure the sale. * Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold calling, emails and lead follow-ups. * Manage the order process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and on-time delivery. * Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. * Handle customer concerns and resolve any issues related to orders, quality, or delivery with a solution-oriented approach. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback in the J.Charles systems. * Work with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
