Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative/Estimator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This dual- role position is key to ensuring an exceptional customer experience and supporting accurate, timely sales estimates. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in both customer service and internal collaboration. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, professional communication--both verbal and written. * Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain and update customer interactions, quotes, and sales activity using CRM software. * Support the sales team by answering technical questions and clarifying product details. * Assist the estimating team in preparing accurate and timely quotations and reports. * Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications * Previous experience in inside sales, estimating, or customer service--preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately generate quotes, requisitions, and reports. * Proficient in CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. * Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
