This hourly position offers the right candidate the ability to grow into full- time Sales Professional. We are looking for motivated, ambitious individuals who would like to learn a skill and become the professional they know they can be. If you think you have what it takes to be in Sales, we want to hear from you. Sales Specialist training includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Work with team members to develop your selling skills and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Professionally greet new and existing customers in person, by phone/text/email, to determine their needs.
• Train in-person and online to become a brand expert.
• Master dealership processes
• Provide customers with brand information, perform test drives, and vehicle walk-arounds.
• Learn how to demonstrate, display, and maintain vehicles.
• Maintaining a positive mindset
• Maintain knowledge of the entire inventory. This position offers the ability to grow into a full-time Sales Professional where you can earn $50,000 - $100,000+ per year.
