We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Representative & Dispatcher to join our team. This role requires a proactive communicator who can engage prospective clients, schedule service appointments, and efficiently coordinate dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing company services and securing appointments.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of service technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Communicate with customers regarding service appointments, pricing, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment scheduling.
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, dispatch, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with plumbing and heating services (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM tools is a bonus.
