Solar Partner - Commission Only (Application-Based Opportunity) Location: San Diego, CA (Remote/Hybrid) Pay: $2,500 - $10,000+ per closed deal (1099, commission only) Schedule: Flexible / Self-paced Job Type: Application-Based Referral Opportunity (Not hourly employment) Read Before Applying We are NOT looking for closers, installers, or call center reps. This is a referral-based role where you'll earn 50% of the commission for every homeowner you introduce to our solar platform. You are not selling anything. You are not cold-calling. About the Role

As a Solar Referral Partner (SRP) , your job is simple: Make warm introductions to homeowners in California who may benefit from no- upfront-cost solar programs backed by Freedom Forever , America's largest residential solar contractor. San Diego homeowners are some of the most solar-ready in the nation due to sky-high SDG&E rates and the state's Title 24 mandate. Your network likely knows solar is the future--they just haven't had the right person show them how to start. That's your job.

What You'll Do

• Share program info via text, email, or social post (we provide scripts)
• Submit a homeowner's electric bill through your portal
• Let our licensed solar professionals take over from there
• Earn up to $2,500 -$8,000 when a deal closes (Average system size in CA: 8 -10kW) Who This is For This is ideal for:
