We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at American Motorcycle Trading Company. In this role, you will lead our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving revenue growth. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving our business goals and enhancing our reputation as a premier motorcycle retailer. Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Communicate with customers constantly via assisting salespeople with selling, turnovers, desking deals, closing, and post-sale follow up. * Train and mentor team members on best practices in sales techniques and customer service. * Monitor and manage sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the general manager. * Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing to align promotional strategies with sales objectives. * Desk deals with appropriate lender structure for most beneficial approvals. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and the company. * Assist the Finance Manager in selling/closing back-end products. * Host routine team meetings for sales training, alignment, and goal setting. * Manage inventory levels, aging action plans, and reconditioning Requirements * Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with public speaking experience preferred. * Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients. * Familiarity with sales software tools (Lightspeed DMS and CDK eLead CRM) is advantageous but not mandatory. * Multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
