Position Summary As a Sales Advisor at Mister Foamy's Car Wash, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and informed. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the best car wash package for their needs, upselling memberships, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This fast-paced environment requires flexibility and an openness to change while staying current with how we work to meet our customers' needs. We are actively seeking to hire a Sales Advisor with experience in front- facing customer service who is driven to exceed in sales while creating a positive experience for customers. Key Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and create a friendly, positive atmosphere. * Provide expert advice on car wash packages, services, and membership options. * Promote and sell memberships and loyalty programs. * Achieve sales goals and performance targets. * Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Assist in processing payments and operating point-of-sale systems. * Demonstrate a complete knowledge of promotions, discounts, and new services. Qualifications * Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience preferred but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team-player mindset. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
