If that sounds like you, you sound like us. And we want to talk with you. Mister Window is seeking a Sales Consultant (SC) to join our team. We prefer candidates without window and door experience. Successful SC's can:

• Quickly build rapport
• Ask the right questions to understand what is important to the customer
• Build and present solutions that are a good fit for the customer
• Maintain strong follow-up to gain trust and close sales Our core business is selling and installing windows and doors directly to homeowners. SC's typically begin the sales process with an in-person visit to the customers home, at which time they will scope out desired benefits and begin building a relationship with the customer. The initial visit is followed by calls and emails to finalize the solution, terms and close the sale. Mister Window does not engage in high-pressure sales or pricing games. Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and customer service skills
• Proven sales experience, particularly in outside sales and B2B environments
• Familiarity with account management and business development strategies
• Proficient in using Salesforce and other sales technology tools
• Experience in retail sales, cold calling, and conducting product demos
