We're seeking a detail-obsessed data entry pro to support our Sales & Reservations team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Handle high-volume phone calls and emails from clients.
• Provide accurate quotes and detailed information about our transportation services.
• Enter and process trip reservations with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct daily accuracy checks on entered trip data.
• Generate and send trip confirmations.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned by Sales Directors.
