Responsibilities

• Perform residential roof inspections
• Educate homeowners on roof condition, repair or replacement options
• Guide homeowners through the retail or insurance claim process
• Present professional proposals and secure signed agreements
• Accurately document property condition, damage, and sales activity
• Communicate with internal management team to ensure job completion
• Follow up with leads, referrals, and past customers to maintain relationships
• Canvas targeted neighborhoods and respond to company-generated leads

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and a competitive mindset
• Comfortable working independently and meeting sales goals
• Ability prioritize tasks, and follow up with leads
• Willingness to learn roofing systems, insurance processes, and inspection techniques
• Previous roofing, construction, or home services sales experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

• Base Pay + Commission-Based with Monthly Bonuses
• First-Year Earning Potential: $75,000 to $125,000
• Top Performers Earn $150,000+
