We are currently seeking 4 highly empathetic, quick-learning, and passionate Body Sculpting Specialists to support our growing demand. What We're Looking For We are hiring Independent Contractors (1099) who are passionate about aesthetics and available for client appointments during high-traffic hours. Our most requested times are weekday lunch to evening hours and weekends after 9 AM. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in aesthetics, massage, nursing, or medical fields--or those seeking to build a career in the beauty wellness industry. General Availability Needed * Must be available to train on Monday and Thursday (either shift) or Saturday mornings * On-call availability: Must be able to accept bookings with 4 hours ' notice or less * Shifts are typically scheduled between: 7 AM - 1 PM or 1 PM - 7 PM * Priority given to those available to work between 1 PM -7 PM (Monday-Friday) and on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) Services You May Provide (Training Available) * NeveSkin (formerly CryoSkin 4.0) Body and Facial Treatments * Ultrasound Cavitation * Bipolar Radio Frequency * EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) * Wood Therapy (Madero Terapia) * Gua-Sha (Face, Neck, Scalp) Drainage * Manual Lymphatic Drainage * Compression Therapy * Red LED Light Therapy Responsibilities * Deliver professional, non-invasive body sculpting treatments based on client goals * Provide detailed client consultations and support treatment planning * Maintain a clean, welcoming treatment environment and adhere to PPE and hygiene protocols * Track client progress using internal systems and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA-compliant) * Communicate promptly regarding scheduling, shift availability, or rescheduling needs * Participate in monthly check-ins or team updates as needed Certification and Training Requirements To begin providing services, all contractors must : * Hold a valid Body Sculpting Certification (online certifications accepted) * If not already certified, contractors must: * Complete two online courses (~3 days total / self-study) * Pay approximately $149 upfront (self-paid) for body sculpting certification * Be eligible for full reimbursement after 6 months of active, compliant service * Pass a hands-on treatment skills test within 14 days of the conditional offer * Contractors are not compensated during training or certification. Do you have any limitations or preferences that might affect your ability to perform these services? * As this is an independent contractor role, are you comfortable covering the cost of your own certification ($149) and understand that training is unpaid? Please note: before working with clients, you must pass a hands-on practical test for each service you will be performing. Only upon passing will you be cleared to begin treating clients. * We provide up to $5,000 worth of free in-person training, primarily on Mondays, Thursdays, and occasional Saturday mornings.
