Mazda and Volkswagen of Thousand Oaks is looking to add qualified Automotive Sales Managers to our team. These position demands a high-energy professional who has experience creating a positive sales environment and maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

:

• Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders
• Be proficient with inventory management
• Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options
• Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI)
• Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs
• Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels
• Work with service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable
• Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals

• Excellent organizational skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
