Pay: UNCAPPED commissions with averages from $80,000 - $200,000 per year + Bonuses. We're seeking Experienced Roofing Sales Project Managers to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities: * Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals to identify potential roofing projects. - Meet with company generated leads / potential roofing projects. * Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments to accurately determine project scope and provide cost estimates to clients. * Manage roofing projects from initial client contact through project completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Develop and present proposals tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client, outlining recommended solutions and pricing options. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. * Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales growth. - Be honest, dependable, and trustworthy.
