Key Responsibilities * Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers in selecting the right products for their projects. * Sales & Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and expand our customer base. * Client Support: Provide expert advice on products, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. * Order Management: Process quotes, sales orders, and payments accurately while maintaining detailed records. * Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations. * Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. * Achieve Sales Goals : Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic sales efforts. Qualifications & Skills * Must have 2+ years of experience in hardscaping, landscaping, construction, or outdoor supplies. * Bilingual in English & Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus. * Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor supplies is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate! * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage paperwork efficiently. * Ability to follow and implement procedures effectively. * Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset, and results-driven. * Basic computer proficiency, including email (Outlook) and POS software.
