Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for construction and design. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a background in architecture, and some graphic design skills to effectively communicate project concepts to clients and team members. Key Responsibilities: * Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored construction solutions. * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition of projects to the project management team. * Coordinate with architects and project managers to develop and present project proposals and timelines to clients. * Utilize graphic design tools to create visual presentations that effectively communicate project designs and concepts. * Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's services and generate leads. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly. * Ensure timely and successful completion of construction projects by facilitating communication between clients and the project team. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction, architecture, business, or related industry. * Degree in Business, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders. * Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and sales targets. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and capable of working independently or in a team.
