Job Summary Are you into wellness, natural products, beautiful content, and connecting with people? We're looking for a Social Media & Sales Manager to help grow our brand of natural products, including kombucha, personal care, home decor, and more. This role is a mix of digital marketing and hands-on sales , making it perfect for someone who thrives both on social media and in face-to- face interactions. It's commission-based position so there is no limits on earnings. The more time you possess to invest in sales the more you make. Who We Are: We create all-natural, organic, handcrafted, gourmet kombucha & other holistic drinks, personal care items, home decor, and other wellness products from Escondido, California. What You 'll Do: - Create engaging social media content that educates and excites people about our products and holistic lifestyle. - Run promotions, collaborate with influencers, and grow our community. - Sell at vendor markets and live events --engage with customers, share our story, and earn a higher commission on direct sales. - Reach out to potential wholesale accounts and earn commission on all their orders for 6 months. Compensation (Pure Commission-Based): - Website Sales: 10% commission. - Vendor Sales: 20% commission. - New Accounts: 10% commission on all orders for the first 6 months.
