Full description of the position

Role Summary This is a critical role for the advancement of Revelation Wholesale. The Wholesale Business Development Representative (BDRw) will serve as the field representative between Revelation Wholesale and healthcare professionals by educating prospective accounts on RPC's Wholesale products. In this critical sales position, the BDRw will be responsible for engaging customers through multiple remote and onsite channels to promote significant revenue growth. Significant time will be devoted to field campaigning and conference engagement with a focus on driving sales. Also responsible for building influential connections and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with new providers, with a strong emphasis on organic new business growth. This position requires a commitment to exceeding challenging financial objectives while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Network Development and Expansion: * Identify and target potential prescribers, including physicians, clinics, and other healthcare facilities, to expand our Wholesale network. * Actively seek out new business opportunities and partnership prospects within the healthcare industry, leveraging existing networks and conducting market research. * Develop and implement strategic plans to organically grow and diversify the network, aligning with organizational projections and market trends. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing network providers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. _ Field Sales:_ * Plan and execute Territory Business Plans tailored to engage prescribers, incorporating in-person visits, meetings, and presentations to maximize impact. * Articulate the value propositions of Revelation Wholesale and our services adeptly, ensuring alignment with provider needs and addressing concerns effectively. * Develop and implement strategic Territory Business Plans aimed at enhancing brand visibility and fostering provider relationships. * Emphasize the identification and pursuit of organic opportunities for growth, integrating these into sales planning and execution strategies. * Proactively gather feedback from providers to pinpoint areas for improvement and fine-tune future strategies accordingly. * Participate in conferences. _ Provider Education and Training:_ * Compile and distribute educational materials and resources to support prescribers in understanding the benefits of using Revelation Wholesale. * Serve as a resource for providers, offering guidance and support on commercial drug regulations, compliance, and quality standards. _ Financial Goal Achievement:_ * Understand and strategize how to meet aggressive financial goals for network growth and revenue generation. * Execute strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve targets. * Monitor performance metrics and financial indicators, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize outcomes and maximize profitability. _ Data Analysis and Reporting:_ * Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze provider performance metrics, network growth, and market trends. * Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization. * Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats to the network. * Develop and execute Territory Business Plan. Qualifications and Education Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree is preferred or 3+ years' wholesale industry experience. * Proven experience in provider relations, business development, or sales is required. Wholesale/commercial drug sales experience is preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Demonstrated proficiency in organizing and executing Territory Business Plan, conferences, and promotional events. * Knowledge of commercial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards is a plus. * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. * Willingness to travel (up to 50% of the time) for field selling and conference participation. * Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, goal achievement, and hunting for new opportunities. * Competencies: * Passionate * Positive Attitude * Ownership Mentality * Results Driven * Strong Presentation Skills * Active Listener * Customer/Client Focus * Initiative * Organizational Skills * Adaptability * Physical Requirements: * Proficient in using a computer and related equipment, including printers and fax machines. * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. * Effective communication skills via telephone and email. * Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds as needed. * Visual acuity Revelation Pharma is an equal opportunity employer.
