Full description of the position

Responsibilities: * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and emailing potential clients * Build and maintain relationships with clients * Conduct product demonstrations and present key benefits * Qualify prospects to determine their needs * Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system * Close sales and meet/exceed monthly quotas * Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up * Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies * Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings and industry trends Qualifications: * 1-3 years of inside sales experience * Durable goods retail sales experience, preferred * Bilingual in English & Spanish * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day * Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools * Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM * Strong listening and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Note: This description indicates, in general terms, the type and level of work performed and responsibilities held by the team member(s).
