Job Title: Sales Representative / Sales Manager (Bubble Tea Ingredients)Job

Responsibilities

: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Promote and sell bubble tea ingredients (e.g., tea leaves, non-dairy creamer, syrups, fruit jams, tapioca pearls, coconut jelly) to new clients (bubble tea shops, F&B chains, franchise brands).
• Maintain existing customer relationships, follow up on orders, and provide solutions to boost repeat business. Market Expansion
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products. Sales Target Achievement
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales KPIs, manage order fulfillment, and ensure timely payment collection. Product & Technical Support
• Possess in-depth knowledge of product features and advise clients on selection (e.g., health trends, cost optimization).
• Collaborate with R&D teams to address customer needs (e.g., recipe customization, new product development). Reporting & Analysis
• Submit regular sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights.

Requirements

: Experience

• 1+ years in FMCG, food ingredients, or B2B sales; prior experience in the bubble tea/beverage industry is a plus. Skills
• Strong negotiation and account management skills with a proven track record in business development.
• Keen understanding of industry trends (e.g., healthy beverages, regional market demands). Others
• Willingness to travel occasionally; driver's license preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
