You will utilize your communication and negotiation skills to assist clients in making informed decisions while promoting our services effectively. Responsibilities * Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms. * Provide accurate information regarding services, availability, and pricing to customers. * Assist customers in making reservations and modifications to existing bookings. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. * Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to improve service offerings.
