We are looking to fill our Team Member Trainee position that provides both training and development in customer service and sales. Team Member Trainee Responsibilities: This role allows you to learn, grow, and expand your leadership potential: * Represent top wireless companies, interacting with customers, building relationships, and ensuring a great service experience. * Train with our team to help guide your customers through the service explanation process for them to find what fits best for them * toward achieving their sales targets, set clear goals, and keep them motivated. * Connect with customers, solve their inquiries, and create lasting impressions. * Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for expanding customer engagement and increasing sales across multiple sectors. * Problem Solving skills to find solutions, and continuously improve your approach to drive success. Team Member Trainee Skills: * Good communication skills * Experience prior in a customer service or team member role * A passion for customer service and sales * Willing to learn and adapt new skills * Ability to work in our office in Portsmouth * Work closely with others team members and be able to collaborate effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: On the road
