About the Role: We're looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Design Sales Partner to join our team. This role is at the heart of our client experience, connecting designers, homeowners, and builders with the artistry of Pratt + Larson. You'll guide clients through their design journey, helping them create spaces that feel extraordinary. This is more than a sales role; it's a design partnership. By cultivating authentic relationships rooted in creativity, understanding, and shared vision, you'll strengthen Pratt + Larson's role as a trusted resource within the community. What You 'll Do: * Inspire clients through the design and tile selection process, offering expert guidance and creative insight * Build and maintain strong client relationships, from first sample to final installation * Achieve sales excellence by tracking projects, following up on leads, closing quotes, and delivering a complete and accurate project * Develop new business and expand professional networks through office visits, presentations, and industry events * Grow your knowledge by attending workshops, staying current with design trends, and engaging with professional communities * Maintain organized, accurate records for quotes, orders, and client files * Partner with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless project support * Help organize showroom events and encourage client engagement * Contribute to keeping the showroom beautiful, inspiring, and always ready for discovery * Assist with data entry, price list updates, sample labeling, and other administrative support as needed * Participate in ongoing training and company-wide meetings to continually refine your craft Who We 're Looking For: * A true relationship builder with strong interpersonal and communication skills * Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and committed to creating exceptional client experiences * A team player with a collaborative spirit and positive attitude * Driven by curiosity, design passion, and a hunger to continuously grow * Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once * Background in design, interiors, architecture, or luxury sales is highly valued * Tile sales, experience or education is highly valued * Experience with CRM systems and Office 365 is a plus Why Join Us: We're looking for people who believe that teamwork fuels success, that the client's dream always comes first, and that pride in your craft is pride in your community. This job is on site, full-time, Monday - Friday with starting pay of $54,000 to $58,000 with consideration given for experience, plus a generous commissions plan and benefits.
