Job Title : Sales Associate Location : BMW Motorrad Cape Fear & Lotus Cape Fear Employment Type : * Full-Time Why Join Us? As a Sales Associate, you'll represent two prestigious brands, connecting customers with vehicles that inspire passion and excitement. You'll play a critical role in creating exceptional customer experiences and achieving dealership sales goals. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them find the perfect vehicle. * Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Actively prospect for new customers through lead generation, follow-ups, and networking. * Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features to showcase the value of each product. * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of BMW Motorrad and Lotus vehicles, accessories, and financing options. * Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to ensure a smooth sales process for customers. * Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets. * Assist with maintaining showroom and lot standards, including vehicle displays and cleanliness. * Stay compliant with federal, state, and local regulations governing vehicle sales. * Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. What We 're Looking For: * Experience : 2+ years experience is preferred, we will train the right talent with strong communication skills * Passion : Enthusiasm for luxury vehicles and motorcycles, particularly the BMW Motorrad and Lotus brands. * Customer Focus : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create positive customer experiences. * Drive : A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting sales goals. * Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. * Licensing : A valid motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required.
