Full description of the position
Beyond20 is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant to join our growing digital transformation practice. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer but will work with a significant degree of autonomy, exercising independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. The ServiceNow Solution Consultant will have a major impact on our future success by supporting theaEmployee Experience, Customer Workflow, ITXaSolution Sales. You will help guide revenue for implementation of ServiceNowaaproducts withatheasupportaand partnershipaofaSales,aMarketing, Service Delivery, and the executive team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles, interfacing with customers and prospects to architect and scope solutions, gather requirements, deliver product demonstrations, and build "proof of concept" systems where appropriate. The position will require some travel (<25%). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead solutioning efforts leveraging the ServiceNow platform * Support product sales as a technical and domain expertaof a client-facing sales team * Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs * Answer product feature and technical questions from clients, prospects, and Beyond20 colleagues * Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement * Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation * Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows * Lead customer technical demos, both live and via remote meeting tools * Build "proof of concept" systems as appropriate * Assist with proposal content and support our RFP and RFQ response team as needed * Serve as a Beyond20 ServiceNow evangelist and "Thought Leader": * Write blog postings, articles and white papers * Perform speaking engagements/lead webinars on ServiceNow and related topics * Regularly attend professional organization meetings and conferences Participate in online groups and discussion forums on relevant topics * Preferred Qualifications: * Proven pre-sales solution consultingaor sales engineeringaexperience in one or more ServiceNow product areas * Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform and technical expertise with cloud software solutions * Experience working collaboratively with sales, marketing,aand professional services teams * Willingness to travela * Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to talk to C-level audiencesBeyond20
