As an Energy Advisor, you will engage with potential customers, providing them with valuable insights about energy efficiency and renewable energy options, particularly solar solutions. Your role will involve direct interaction with clients through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and community events. Responsibilities * Conduct assessments of customer energy needs and provide tailored recommendations for energy-efficient solutions. * Engage in door-to-door sales activities to promote solar energy products and services. * Utilize software tools to track customer interactions and manage leads effectively. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay updated on market trends in the energy sector to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to overall company success. Experience * Proven experience in energy sales or related fields is preferred. * Strong background in technical sales or customer service roles. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with solar sales is advantageous but not required. * Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to market products effectively. * A proactive approach to engaging customers and building relationships within the community.
