Job Summary: Tutt's Outdoors is seeking a motivated and versatile team member to help manage our online sales platforms and support daily retail operations. This role combines e-commerce management with in-store responsibilities, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves the outdoors. Key Responsibilities: * Handle online orders, shipping, packaging, and fulfillment * Manage and update products on multiple e-commerce platforms (eBay, Shopify, etc.) * Monitor inventory across online and in-store systems * Assist with website maintenance and content updates * Provide customer service through online channels and in-store * Operate the cash register, assist customers, and answer phones * Help with stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness * Support special events and seasonal promotions as needed Qualifications: * Strong computer and internet skills; experience with online selling platforms a plus * Good organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Willingness to learn and pitch in where needed * Passion for fishing, hunting, or the outdoors is highly desirable * Prior retail experience is a bonus, but not required Schedule: Full-time or part-time positions available.
