Job Title: Sales Representative (Fit Specialist) Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Job

Overview

: Reno Harley-Davidson is seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives, also known as Fit Specialists, to join our team. In this role, you will help customers find the perfect Harley-Davidson motorcycle to fit their needs, lifestyle, and dreams. As a key player in the sales team, you'll create unforgettable customer experiences while achieving individual and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

: Customer Service:

• Greet and engage customers to build relationships and understand their motorcycle needs and preferences.
• Guide customers through the Harley-Davidson motorcycle lineup, explaining features, benefits, and customization options.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing honest, professional, and knowledgeable service. Sales:
• Execute the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, test rides, and finalizing the purchase.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals for new and pre-owned motorcycles, accessories, and extended service plans.
• Maximize sales opportunities by cross-selling accessories, service plans, and financing options. Follow-Up:
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through calls, texts, and emails to build relationships and secure future sales.
• Work with the CRM system to track and manage customer interactions effectively.
• Generate referrals and repeat business through excellent service and post-sale follow-ups. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales managers, F&I, and other departments to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Events & Marketing:
• Represent Reno Harley-Davidson at events, rides, and community activities to build customer relationships and generate leads.
• Promote dealership events and specials to customers and prospects.

Qualifications

: Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand is a must! Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Ability to learn and retain extensive product knowledge.
