Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with frame selection, lens choices, and overall eyewear needs.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on frame styles, lens types, and product features based on customer preferences.
• Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
• Stock and organize eyewear displays, ensuring all products are properly labeled.
• Conduct basic vision tests and assist with fittings, adjustments, and minor repairs.
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Manage inventory by performing routine stock checks and ensuring optimal product availability.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to facilitate a smooth, positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience, ideally in an optical or fashion-focused setting.
• Familiarity with eyewear and optical products is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and POS systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for transaction handling and inventory management.
• Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and stay informed about the latest eyewear trends and optical technology. Additional Information
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends is required.
