Service Sales Manager - Complex Commercial Roofing Location:*Waco, TX (Relocation assistance available) Salary:*$100,000 -$120,000 annually + bonuses Do you have a passion for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing team? What You 'll Do * Lead and Inspire: * Mentor, coach, and evaluate Sales Representatives to foster team growth and individual success. * Create a collaborative, results-driven sales culture. * Drive Business Growth: * Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the commercial roofing and building envelope market. * Identify and secure new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to set and achieve ambitious sales goals. * Build Lasting Relationships: * Cultivate connections with property managers, consultants, architects, and contractors. * Offer tailored commercial roofing and building envelope service packages, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Ensure Project Success: * Oversee accurate building measurements, estimates, and contracts. * Work closely with project teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution. * Engage in Marketing: * Participate in and plan marketing initiatives to expand visibility and reach new markets. What You 'll Bring Required Skills and Experience: * 5+ years of experience in commercial construction sales , including managing a sales team. * At least 3 years of expertise in commercial roofing systems, including single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal systems. * Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. * A track record of growing market share and driving business results. * Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. * Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools.
