Role Overview : As a Wellness Associate, you will play a pivotal role in embodying our center's essence and values. Your responsibilities encompass more than traditional retail or sales roles; you will be an integral part of our community. Your daily tasks will include translating our passion and mission to potential members, event support, member check-ins, retail transactions, promoting products & membership sales. Responsibilities: * Event and Class support (setting up space, checking in attendees, ringing up drop ins, collecting forms, cleaning space after class) * Boutique maintenance (check out guests, manage inventory, keep displays fresh, promote products) * Customer support (taking calls, answering DM's, answering website inquiries) Qualifications: * Flexibility in working evenings and weekends * Enthusiasm for holistic wellness and a genuine dedication to guiding others on their wellness paths. * Strong communication abilities, translating our center's purpose effectively. * Comfort with retail operations, from transactions to promoting boutique items. * Sales-driven mindset, achieving or exceeding sales goals. * Ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or wellness is a plus.
