Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge, visual merchandising, and effective communication. Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services, making recommendations to customers based on their needs - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and store displays - Utilize cash registers and point-of-sale systems to process transactions and handle customer payments - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills - Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and implement sales strategies - Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store culture - Engage with customers through interior design elements and other visual merchandising techniques - Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, consistently delivering a welcoming and engaging shopping experience Unpacking and pricing orders Putting orders ontonsales floor and in storage. Some lifting of merchandise and boxes opening/closing your store location.
