As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager Trainee. As an Account Manager Trainee, you will play a role in both sales and customer service. The Account Manager Trainee work directly with customers to schedule services, provide quotes, and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and a positive attitude. The Account Manager Trainee's primary responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, handling in-person consultations, and contributing to our sales efforts. Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional in-person customer service by clearly explaining offerings and addressing client questions and concerns. * Manage the end-to-end client experience, including order processing, appointment scheduling, and coordination of service delivery. * Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Conduct face-to-face assessments with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Work closely with fellow Account Manager Trainees and operational teams to ensure prompt and high-quality service execution. * Respond to client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. * Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and sales activities for tracking and reporting purposes. Account Manager Trainee Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Previous customer service, account management, or sales experience preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Basic knowledge of auto glass or willingness to learn is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
