• Modern office setting Join Our Team at Renu Solar and Roofing! Immediate Opening! Are you an experienced call center agent looking for a change? Looking to work in one of the nations fastest growing industries? Renu Solar and Roofing is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent specializing in scheduling sales appointments. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated.

Responsibilities

:

• Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Utilize effective communication skills to educate customers about our solar and roofing products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details.
• Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless scheduling and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment scheduling targets.

Requirements

:

• Proven experience as a call center agent or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software or appointment scheduling systems is a plus.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is desirable.
