Responsibilities and Qualifications Our BDC (Business Development Center) Representatives are responsible for large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails daily. Identify customer needs, provide information on vehicle inventory, research issues and provide solutions or alternatives. Effective communication and a positive attitude are top traits that Top Agents exhibit! We Offer: * Competitive Pay Plan * Flexible Schedule * Paid Training * 401K Plan with company match * Medical Benefits * Paid Vacation * Weekly Commission * Monthly Bonuses * Opportunities for Advancement Automotive Internet Sales (BDC) Qualifications: * Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) * Professional appearance and demeanor * 1 year BDC experience, preferred * Bilingual is a plus Automotive Internet Sales (BDC) Responsibilities: * Navigate our CRM tool used to track customer inquiries and take notes of customer records * Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention * Answer all calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner * Manually input inbound phone inquiries in CRM with proper sources and schedule follow-up * E-mail, text and call all new customer inquiries in a timely fashion according to our process * Promptly follow-up on all inquiries and ensure all customers' questions are answered * Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used cars sales presentation * Must meet all daily and monthly performance goals; phone up percentages, appointments set percentages, show and sold percentages * Work closely with BDC Managers and other BDC sales personnels * Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc. and other benefits to customers * Attend product and sales training as requested * Be able to create and maintain customer relationships Must arrive on time and be prompt to all shifts.
