Full description of the position

Responsibilities * Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process * Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs * Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features * Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily, reporting any problems to the General Manager * Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales * Focus on the ease of doing business with the client to create a lifelong sales relationship, and enhancing the customer experience while they are in the dealership or shopping online Qualifications * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * The drive to be the leader of the sales board * Positive mental attitude * Customer service oriented * Quality customer service skills and sales track record * Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone * Capable of learning and using basic computer skills and proprietary sales programs * Persistent, competitive and good work ethic * Focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales BENEFITS: * 401K * Medical, vision, and dental benefits * Vacation and sick pay * Employee discount
