Salary: $36000.00 - $65000.00 per year * Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Licensing Assistance Leads Provided * Responsibilities Make outbound calls to agency provided leads Educate current and potential customers on insurance policies Hit goals and sales targets Develop ongoing networking relationships Prospecting and generating new business through referral sources Have a great attitude and provide friendly customer service Requirements What does training look like? * We provide hands-on training where you will complete online modules, product training, engage in role plays, and have feedback/coaching one on ones to help you succeed! What does growth look like? * This agency is growth oriented! A career here can include specialized insurance roles, leadership roles or even an opportunity to own your own Farmers Agency. Is this commission only? * No We provide an insurance industry competitive base salary with uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities. Will I have to purchase my own leads? * No! We have no shortage of leads that are provided for our salespeople. Should I apply if I dont currently have an insurance license? * Yes, you should still apply as we will help assist you with the licensing process. We do require an active P&C and L&H license for this position. You need to able to obtain within a specified timeframe.
