We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven ServiceNow Senior Client Director to drive new business development and expand our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new leads and prospective clients, showcasing the value of Beyond20's ServiceNow solutions and services. You will collaborate closely with the Service Delivery team to deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes that align with client needs. You will be responsible for building trust, fostering strong relationships with clients, and developing business strategies to maximize growth opportunities. You will also leverage your expertise in selling commercial/enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions to present Beyond20's unique value proposition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business leads and opportunities and match customer needs with ServiceNow solutions
- Build and grow new business sales revenue and expanding sales with existing customers
- Create actionable sales plans and roadmaps.
- Contribute to sales strategy and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed professional services sales quotas.
- Maintain strong relationships with ServiceNow account teams and strategic partners.
- Deliver comprehensive briefings and handovers to provide a successful transition to our service delivery team
- Provide thought leadership in support of sales and marketing efforts
Preferred Qualifications
:
- 5+ years of experience in selling ServiceNow professional services and/or solutions
- Consultative sales experience (ValueSelling expertise is a plus)
- Track record of meeting and exceeding quota and key success metrics
- Ability to execute against deadlines and manage multiple opportunities at a time
- Pipeline management skills, including proven experience of closing deals
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to talk to C-level audiences
- ITIL and/or ServiceNow certifications are a plus
