Job Description: As a Hot Tub Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers create their ideal relaxation oasis. You will be responsible for driving sales of our luxury hot tubs and spa products. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance to help them select the perfect hot tub solution for their homes. Additionally, you will actively prospect and generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing the sale. This position will be required to float between our Cincinnati and Dayton location Responsibilities: * Proactively engage with customers to understand their hot tub and spa needs. * Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products. * Conduct product demonstrations and provide personalized recommendations. * Effectively communicate pricing, financing options, and promotional offers. * Follow up with leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and drive sales. * Collaborate with the sales team to ache individual and team sales targets. * Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends. * Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. * Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. * 1st point of contact for hot tub service calls to screen calls to determine if field service is necessary. Requirements: * Proven sales experience. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding expectations. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Technical aptitude and the ability to learn about hot tub features and functionality. * I am available to work weekends and evenings as needed. * Ability to travel between Cincinnati and Dayton location. * A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
