Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and community outreach. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach prospective clients and schedule appointments. * Present insurance products and services clearly and effectively to clients. * Negotiate terms of insurance policies to meet client requirements while adhering to company guidelines. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information. * Provide benefits administration support as needed, guiding clients through their options. * Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully. * Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus. * Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is advantageous. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clients. * A strong understanding of the insurance market and industry trends is beneficial. * Must possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one as required by state regulations.
